Questions about prints and framing
Paper, sizes, frames and delivery — the things people ask before they choose. Anything else, our studio replies within a day.
What paper do you print on?
Every print is made on 310 gsm cotton-rag paper with archival pigment inks, so the colours stay true for decades away from direct sun.
Which sizes can I choose?
Most prints come in A4, A3, 50 × 70 cm and 70 × 100 cm. Each print page shows the sizes that suit that artwork best.
Do prints arrive framed?
Choose framed at checkout and the print arrives in solid oak or black ash with a white mount and glass, ready to hang with the fixings in the box.
How is my print packed?
Unframed prints travel flat between rigid boards; framed prints have corner guards and a double box. Both are fully recyclable.
Can I return a print?
Unframed prints can be returned within 30 days in their original packaging. Framed and custom-sized prints are made to order, so they are final sale unless damaged.
