Delivery, framing and returns

Last updated 1 September 2026

Every Easel print is made to order in our studio, so a little care goes into each one before it leaves us. This page explains how we pack, send and, if it ever comes to that, take a print back.

How your print travels

  • Unframed prints are rolled in a sturdy tube with acid-free tissue
  • Framed prints travel flat, with corner guards and a rigid board on each side
  • Every parcel is tracked, and we send the tracking link the day it leaves

Framing to order

We frame in solid oak, walnut or painted ash, with a museum-grade glazing that cuts glare. Framed orders take five to seven working days, because each frame is cut and joined by hand.

Returns

If a print is not right for your wall, write to us within thirty days of delivery. Send it back in its original packaging and we refund the full price of the print — or swap it for another size or frame at no extra cost.
